Our story begins with a mother and son, who both have a gluten intolerance. The mother, went to school for baking, and the son went to school in business, both put their heads together to come up with a better way to do gluten free.

We have a dedicated gluten free kitchen, which means we only make gluten free goods. We use the finest simple ingredients, and we don’t believe in sacrificing taste or texture. Our recipes have been developed over years; you’ll be hard beat to find something that tastes more delicious…gluten free or not!
